Eligibility
To use DeenFuel Health services, you must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where our services are available, and be able to provide accurate health information for your medical evaluation.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Subscription Terms
DeenFuel Health offers subscription-based telehealth services. Your subscription includes provider consultations, ongoing care management, and access to our digital health platform. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Telehealth Services
Our telehealth services are provided by licensed healthcare providers. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription and any prescribed medications. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeenFuel Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
